Running for Pat and BJ

It’s go time! After months of training, Team Tillman will race the streets of the Windy City this Sunday for the 36th Annual Bank of America Chicago Marathon. Shannon Brown will lead our team, running in honor of her brother-in-law Cpl. Bryant “B.J.” Luxmore, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 10, 2012. BJ was a wonderful husband, father and young man. As a team, we’re proud and inspired to run Chicago with Shannon and carry on BJ’s legacy. Every dollar Shannon has raised for the marathon will help fund a Tillman Military Scholarship in BJ’s honor.
