The first fan to arrive at the to-be-revealed location and check in with the NFL Extra Points ambassador will win a prize that could include Super Bowl XLIX tickets or NFL-exclusive experiences. NFL Extra Points Challenge
Phoenix resident, Chicago Bears placekicker and long-time supporter of the Pat Tillman Foundation Jay Feely, will attempt the NFL Extra Points Kick between 5 – 6 p.m. MT on Wednesday, Jan. 28 at NFL Experience in Arizona. With the goal of awarding 1.5 million NFL Extra Points, equivalent to $15,000, to the Pat Tillman Foundation, Feely will attempt to kick three regulation NFL footballs from 25 yards through three designated targets positioned inside a regulation NFL goalpost. The Pat Tillman Foundation, the namesake of Arizona Cardinal Pat Tillman who put his NFL career on hold to serve in the military following 9/11, invests in military veterans and their spouses through academic scholarships, building a diverse community of leaders committed to serving others. To date, Pat Tillman Foundation has invested over $10 million in academic support and scholarships, helping nearly 350 Tillman Scholars pursue their studies in medicine, law, business, policy, technology, education and the arts.
