Sawyer Knibbe

Sawyer Knibbe joins the team as Manager of Programs & Leadership. His work centers on creating mentorship opportunities, professional development pathways, and service programs that foster connection and growth.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, where he specialized in Leadership and Development in Social Services. Throughout his career, Sawyer has led programs in the nonprofit sector with a focus on workforce development and community engagement initiatives.

Originally from Michigan, Sawyer has called Chicago home since 2016—and despite his Midwest roots, he proudly roots for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In his free time, he enjoys coaching football, playing chess, and cooking.
