Roger Zamora

Development Manager

Roger Zamora joined the Pat Tillman Foundation staff as a Development Manager in February 2021. Here he supports all aspects of the Foundation’s stewardship program, Team Tillman, third party and other Foundation events.

As a Silicon Valley native with an entrepreneurial spirit, Roger brings nearly twenty years of experience from the non-profit & education sector. Most recently he served as an Associate Director of Admissions and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion practitioner at Menlo School, and is the first alumnus on College Track’s National Board of Directors.

Roger was drawn to the Foundation by Pat’s principals and commitment to service. He is a champion for youth growing up in socio-economically disadvantaged communities and has earned various recognitions for his community involvement from California’s former Governor, US Senators, and the State Assembly. As an undergraduate at Saint Mary’s College of California, Roger traveled to the Dominican Republic to lead vaccine clinics, athletic camps and academic programs in orphanages around the country.

Roger is excited to call Chicago his new home. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, rooting on Bay Area sport teams, and cycling.
