Lebo is a dedicated professional with a Master of Commerce in Public and Development from Stellenbosch University in South Africa. She has worked extensively with NGOs, gaining valuable insights and expertise in enhancing program impact.

Passionate about helping organizations effectively measure their impact and make data-driven decisions, Lebo brings expertise in monitoring and evaluation methodologies to ensure program efficiency and effectiveness. Her goal is to contribute meaningfully to the development sector by enhancing program outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within organizations.

Born and raised in South Africa, Lebo takes great pride in her heritage and the rich cultural diversity of her country. This upbringing has instilled in her a deep appreciation for the power of community and the importance of addressing social challenges. It has shaped her perspective on the significance of creating positive change within communities, both locally and internationally.

As a PTF Program Associate in Monitoring and Evaluation, Lebo is driven and committed to leveraging her expertise to enhance program effectiveness, facilitate evidence-based decision-making, and foster a culture of growth and improvement within PTF. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lebo finds great joy and inspiration in music.
