Ivy Richey

Ivy Richey joined the Pat Tillman Foundation in December of 2022. In her capacity as our Operations Manager, she wears a few hats to guarantee the smooth running of our foundation. From executing events to negotiating contracts, coordinating policies, and managing the intricacies of payroll, HR, and finance, she is committed to creating an environment where every department thrives.

A native of Chandler, Arizona, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business. She became a Double Devil upon graduating with a Master’s degree in Sports Law & Business in May 2022. During her time at ASU she was a lacrosse student athlete, and has coached at both the high school and collegiate level. Her previous roles with the Arizona Coyotes, Arizona Sports and Entertainment Commission, Sun Devil Athletics, and ADP give her unique experience within the sports, development, operations and HR worlds. Operations is the backbone of any organization, and she is dedicated to making sure that backbone is sturdy and reliable.

Through meticulous attention to detail, strategic planning, and a genuine passion for fostering a positive culture, she strives to contribute to the overall success and harmony of our work. Her additional passions include travel with her girlfriend, playing guitar, hiking with her pup Luna, and exploring in her Jeep.
