Hannah Ashby

Hannah joined the Pat Tillman Foundation in June of 2025. As Manager of Programs and Leadership, she leads impactful scholar programming across both in-person and virtual platforms. With a passion for the philanthropic community in Chicago, Hannah oversees critical components of the Tillman Scholar experience while fostering meaningful relationships with the scholar community.

Before joining the Foundation, Hannah served as Senior Events Coordinator at the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, where she managed the seamless execution of major events—including the Annual Burnham Dinner which attracted 700+ guests. During her time at the Chamber, Hannah also leveraged CRM technology for event promotion and data analysis, and led post-event evaluations to measure success and determine opportunities for growth.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys visiting local coffee shops, walking along the lakefront, and pursuing creative activities like painting ceramic pottery.
