Colleen Reaney

Head of Tillman Leadership Institute

Colleen is a practitioner-scholar, born and raised in the Chicagoland area and has a wealth of knowledge in higher education, corporate training & development, student and alumni engagement. Colleen has over 20 years of higher education experience and comes to PTF most recently from Loyola University Chicago where she was the Director of the Executive and Professional Education Center, at the Quinlan School of Business.

Colleen has also worked as an adjunct faculty member for 15 years where she has taught management and leadership essentials, public speaking, employment interviewing, and business and professional communications. In her spare time, she was previously a Chicago White Sox Blogger for SDI. Colleen received her M.A. in Communications, Training and Development from Governors State University, her B.A. in Speech Communications from Eastern Illinois University and is currently pursuing a PhD Candidate in Higher Education at Loyola University Chicago focusing her dissertation research on defining external partnerships for higher education institutions. Colleen has joined The Pat Tillman Foundation as the Head of the Tillman Leadership Institute in September 2022.
