Brandon Underwood

Brandon Underwood currently serves as the Chief of Staff at the Pat Tillman Foundation. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategy, and relationship building. Before joining the Foundation, Brandon worked at FedEx, leading high-performing teams and analyzing data to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency while playing a crucial role in developing and implementing successful strategies. Additionally, he fostered collaboration across teams to achieve organizational goals. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Memphis. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife Francesca and their dog Cooper, learning new things, and exploring new hobbies.
