Invest in Leadership

Host a Workplace Giving Campaign

When companies give their employees the opportunity to make a difference, employees are more satisfied and enthusiastic. In turn, the company can fulfill social responsibility goals. The Pat Tillman Foundation offers a variety of ways for employees to get involved.

Workplace Engagement Opportunities

During special giving campaigns or events – Drive donations and volunteerism by featuring the Pat TIllman Foundation during your company’s call-to-give campaigns, conferences, or holidays like National Leadership Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Veterans Day, Giving Tuesday, end-of-year holidays, and many other holidays across industries where Tillman Scholars make an impact. Feature a Tillman Scholar speaker to drive positive engagement at staff meetings, events, or conferences.

During your Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) – Federal employees can give during the CFC by writing the Pat Tillman Foundation on your pledge card and using our CFC Code: 65880.

Pints for Pat – host a happy hour with a purpose, bringing employees together to learn about the Pat TIllman Foundation and turn social hour into impact. Connect it to a service project or giving campaign, matching contributions made during the event. Make it fun with raffle or auction prizes. PTF will provide a branded, video, materials, or a Tillman Scholar if pre-arranged.

Match Employee Gifts – Knowing that donations will be matched dollar-for-dollar is a powerful incentive for donors and employees. Show that you stand by your colleagues by offering a corporate match of their gifts to the Pat Tillman Foundation.

Volunteer Opportunities – 76 percent of Americans who volunteer through their jobs say the volunteer time makes them feel better about their employers. Supporters of the Pat TIllman Foundation have the opportunity to volunteer their time, host a service project, recruit volunteers, and track participation through its Acts of Service Portal.

Pat’s Run or Team Tillman – Participate in athletic events as individuals or teams, promoting healthy activities and raising money and awareness for PTF. Email [email protected] for more information.

Engage your Employee or Business Resource Groups through any of the above activities and/or by having a Tillman Scholar speak at an event or company meeting.
