The Tillman Scholars at ASU program and Leadership Through Action™ curriculum focuses on three interrelated themes: personal development, everyday leadership, and social action.

This leadership development and service-learning curriculum challenges students to become leaders and promote positive changes in their communities. At the end of an intensive course of study, students put their knowledge and skills into action through service projects in their community. This experience also exposes students to an array of business and civic leaders, creating a network of mentors and role models who guide students.
